The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, on Tuesday will have a bilateral meeting with the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, in Tirana. The latter's visit to the Western Balkans is being seen as support for regional co-operation within the European agenda. The executive considers that Merkel will give the message of support for the continuation of the Berlin Process, and the opposition welcomes such a visit. Whereas, the European integration experts expect Merkel to clarify her position on the "Open Balkan" regional initiative.
