Borrell welcomes US sanctions on Veselinovic's group
EU High Representative Josep Borrell welcomed the news that the US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control had imposed sanctions on corruption networks in several European and Northern Hemisphere countries, including Zvonko Veselinovic dhe and his group of organized crime as responsible for trafficking in goods, money, narcotics and weapons between Kosovo and Serbia. Borrell wrote on Twitter that the European Union and the United States have a joint commitment to dismantling criminal networks.
