Bislimi and Petkovic are expected to meet next week in Brussels

The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, and the Director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovicwill meet next week in Brussels. The two chief negotiators for the dialogue are expected to discuss the new license plate deal a few days before the October agreement expires. The opposition says that a lot of time has been lost for a technical agreement which is not reached, while the civil society they say that it is the right momentum to reach a new agreement. Next week's meeting was confirmed for KosovaPress by the spokesperson of the Government of Kosovo, Përparim Kryeziu. He says that the Kosovar side is ready for high-level political meetings, but the meetings must be agreed in advance, with a clear agenda and substantive topics.
