The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albulena Balaj-Halimaj, in an interview for KosovaPress, said that only the participation of the Kosovo delegation at the White House is a victory for our country, because, according to her, relations with the US were seriously endangered only a few months before the visit. According to her, the recognition by Israel can be considered a great victory, just as the investments in infrastructure.

Balaj-Halimaj does not see as a penalty for Kosovo the fact that our country will not apply to international organizations for a year. According to her, within this time period, Kosovo should be ready to apply, and then, with US support, Kosovo will be accepted. She emphasizes that Kosovo cannot be accepted to any organization without coordination with America.
