Attempted murder, four years imprisonment for the accused
The Basic Court in Ferizaj, has announced a sentencing verdict against the defendant L.A. a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, charged according to the indictment of the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj due to the criminal offense of attempted murder. The presiding judge of the Serious Crimes Department, Mustaf Tahiri, after holding the main trial, hearing the parties, administering all the evidence, found the defendant guilty of the criminal offense as in the indictment and sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of four years.
The defendant is accused that on 08.09.2020 in a village of the Municipality of Ferizaj, intentionally tried to deprive the injured party Q.N. of his life.
