An indictment is filed against two persons for counterfeiting money
The Basic Prosecution in Prizren has announced that it has filed an indictment against defendants B.D., and S.H., who are in custody on suspicion of counterfeiting money. According to the indictment, from April 2021 in Prizren, the accused S.H., in his kiosk together with the accused B.D., in co-perpetration, received, bought, put into circulation, accepted or possessed counterfeit money, in order to put them in circulation.
The accused B.D., also sold to other persons counterfeit 2-euro coins in exchange for original banknotes, deducting 20% of the amount offered ", it is said in the communiqué. With these actions, the defendants B.D., and S.H., have fulfilled the elements of the criminal offense "Counterfeiting of money" according to the CCRK.
