The Government of Kosovo, in case of a comprehensive agreement with Serbia, will set a deadline of 18 months for Serbia to show the locations of the mass graves of the missing persons. With this agreement, the executive intends to make Serbia promise to face its criminal past.

In the report of the Minister of Justice, Selim Selimi, and other institutional officials before the Parliamentary Committee for Human Rights, regarding the issue of missing persons in the dialogue with Serbia, it was also said that the basic principles for the issue of the missing persons have been reached. However, the MPs criticized the lack of transparency in this process, and it was asked to condition the dialogue with the correct addressing of the issue of missing persons.
