The World Judo Championship starts today in Budapest, Hungary and lasts until June 13, 2021. In this championship, Kosovo will be represented by five competitors: Distria Krasniqi, Nora Gjakova, Flaka Loxha, Akil Gjakova, and Laura Fazliu, KosovaPress reports. Judoka Distria Krasniqi, who is the European champion in her 48 kg category, aims to “conquer” the world for the first time. In this world championship will participate five continents 118 countries, 665 competitors, 387 men and 278 women.
