According to the Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo, minimum temperatures will range between -12 and -7 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures are expected to reach from -2 to 2 degrees Celsius.
Winds will blow from the northwest at speeds of 1 to 5 meters per second.
