Today, the state anthem of Kosovo marks 12 years since its approval by the 120-member Assembly that declared the independence on February 17, 2008.
The proposal with the figure “Europe” was approved on June 11, 2008, in a special session as a national anthem with 72 votes in favor, 15 against and 5 abstentions.
