The Central Election Commission has processed 98.88% of the vote count in the capital.
Out of 268 polling stations, a total of 265 have been counted, with 3 ballot boxes remaining uncounted, KosovaPress reports.
Currently, the incumbent mayor Përparim Rama from LDK leads with 33.76%, followed by Hajrulla Çeku from LVV with 33.05%, Uran Ismaili from PDK with 27.77%, Bekë Berisha with 3.12%, and Besa Shahini with 1.55%.
Based on these results, Prishtina will head to a runoff between Përparim Rama of LDK and Hajrulla Çeku of LVV.
