The Minister of Defense, Armend Mehaj received today in a meeting the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania in Kosovo, Qemal Minxhozi. At the beginning, Ambassador Minxhozi congratulated Minister Mehaj and conveyed congratulations from his counterpart, Minister Niko Peleshi. Highly appreciating the personality, experience and military profile of Minister Mehaj, the Ambassador expressed full confidence in the success of the Ministry of Defense and the KSF in the next development perspective.
On his part, Minister Mehaj thanked the Ambassador and expressed his deep gratitude for the permanent support of the Republic of Albania in all periods and in the general achievements of the Republic of Kosovo. He, among other things, spoke about the contribution to the professionalization of the KSF military staff through education, training and the contribution of Albanian officers within the NATO Advisory and Liaison Team (NALT).
