Prishtina, like any other capital, is the epicenter of New Year’s celebrations.
The largest number of citizens were seen at 00:00, as the celebration started at the square on “George Bush” street, where the party lodges are.
A fireworks show accompanied by music – this was the way the capital’s residents welcomed the year 2023.
Many nightclubs in Pristina have organized musical evenings, while the tradition follows that the first hours are spent among the close family.
The appeal remains the same for the celebration to be peaceful and to be careful with alcohol.
