The Ambassador of Italy to Kosovo, Nicola Orlando, said that Italy together with the EU expects that the Kosovo institutions to ensure credible, inclusive and transparent elections, in line with international standards.
Orlando says that pre-electoral procedures like candidates certification are ongoing and allow for appeals.
