The project “My Story, My Dignity”, funded by the European Union and led by Handikos Gjilan in partnership with NGO Inkluzioni, Handikos Ranilug, and CFID, is seeking an external evaluator or evaluation team to conduct a final independent evaluation.
This important project empowers women and girls with disabilities, and single mothers of children with disabilities across 12 municipalities in Kosovo — improving access to social services, strengthening advocacy, and combating discrimination and gender-based violence.
What’s involved?
· Assessing project relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and coherence
· Evaluating activities such as mobile home-based clinics, self-help groups, advocacy, and community awareness
· Providing actionable recommendations to guide future initiatives
Timeline:
· Contract period: 36 months (Dec 2022 – Dec 2025)
· Evaluation report due within 50 working days of contract start
· Application deadline: 28 July 2025
Who can apply?
· Professionals with experience in social inclusion, disability, gender equality, or related fields
· Strong analytical and report-writing skills required
· Knowledge of Kosovo’s social protection system is a plus.
