The LDK MP, Shkëmb Manaj, said that the issue of the contributing pensioners cannot be fixed, by reducing the age criterion from 15 years to 10 years. According to him, this would harm all those contributing pensioners who do not reach the minimum of 10 years to enjoy their right to retirement.
He said that the main problem of contributing pensioners, is that the state of Serbia has robbed the former pension fund of Kosovo, and today, even 20 years after the war, Serbia, contrary to all international norms, has not yet returned this fund to its owners, who are the citizens of Kosovo.
