Residents of the village of Karaçeva have been neglected by Kosovo institutions for two decades. Without institutional attention, the Serbian gendarmerie is a frequent “visitor” to this territory.
Selver Lenjani, who represents the residents of this village, and who has always been vocal on this issue, says for KosovaPress, that the Kosovo institutions have never dealt with the concerns of the residents of the village of Karaçeva.
