The EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, said that the EU-Western Balkans’ Leaders meeting has again disappointed the countries of the region.

In a Twitter post, he wrote that they have made decisions on Eastern Europe, but not on the Western Balkans…
