The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that Hungarians, Bosnians, Albanians and Bulgarians could form mono-ethnic associations of municipalities in Serbia, but Serbia does not allow such a thing, but it is asking for one in Kosovo.
Kurti says that there are 21 minorities in Serbia.
