Reported cases of gender-based violence present an increasing trend in all municipalities. Among the municipalities with the largest increase in reported cases of gender-based violence is Mitrovica, it was said on the occasion of the publication of the Report on the Assessment of Gender-Based Violence in Kosovo, Perceptions of the Community and Stakeholders.
Dea Fetiu, researcher at the Kosovo Center for Security Studies (KCSS), during the presentation of the report, said that the findings show that with the increase in the reporting of violence, the awareness of citizens to report violence has increased.
