The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, insists that progress has been made in drafting the final agreement, which according to him should be legally binding.
After the meeting with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vuciq, on Monday in Brussels, he said that the principle that nothing will be agreed will continue to be valid, until the final agreement, which should bring mutual recognition between the countries.
