The Prime Minister-designate, Avdullah Hoti, while presenting the governing program in the Assembly, stressed that in terms of dialogue with Serbia, he believes that the dialogue between the authorities of the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia to reach a comprehensive agreement to normalize relations between both countries is a vital interest for Kosovo.
