In an organization of the FOL Movement it has been discussed the failure of the Assembly to elect a commissioner for information and privacy. This was done with the publication of the report “Failure of the Assembly in the functioning of the Agency for Information and Privacy”, issued by this organization which recommends not to change the law on personal data protection and the election of the information and privacy commissioner as soon as possible.
The FOL Movement said that the agency is currently almost non-functional and that the law on personal data protection and access to public documents are applicable in the absence of the commissioner.
