The situation caused by flooding in the Municipality of Malisheva is serious, though still manageable by local authorities. The KosovaPress team reports that six families have been evacuated as a result of the floods.
The Information Officer of the Municipality of Malisheva, Artan Paçarizi, told KosovaPress that the emergency unit intervened in six cases where families were forced to evacuate due to water entering their homes.
Paçarizi added that there has been material damage, which will be assessed once the situation stabilizes.
Meanwhile, in the Municipality of Drenas, specifically in Komoran, due to heavy rainfall, several businesses have been affected by flooding and, since the early morning hours, they have been trying to remove water from their premises.
