Two MPs from the ranks of non-Serb minorities, Fadi Gashi and Adem Hoxha have arrived in the hall where the president of the country is expected to be voted.
Both MPs, one from the Roma community and the other from Gorani community, were absent at last night’s session, which led to the failure of the election of the president.
