US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs and Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, will visit Albania on Thursday, December 9th.
Escobar will meet with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhacka, and the chairman of the Democratic Party (PD), Lulzim Basha, as well as with other leaders, where as they say from the American embassy in Tirana, this to reconfirm support of the United States for the democracy of Albania.
