The European Union’s special envoy for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, and the US special envoy for the Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, will visit Kosovo today. Whereas tomorrow they will visit Serbia.
Their visit will be aimed at finding a solution to get out of the current tense situation in the north, which risks damaging everything that the EU considers as success in the dialogue.
