The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has partially rejected the complaint of the Vetëvendosje, after the non-certification of the list of candidates for MPs by the CEC.
According to the decision published by ECAP, Albin Kurti, Albulena Haxhiu, Liburn Aliu, Bajram Mavriqi and Labinotë Demi-Murtezi, cannot be certified for the early parliamentary elections, which will be held on February 14.
