The Basic Prosecution in Gjakova has requested the imposition of detention on remand by the competent court in Gjakova, against the defendant E.U., due to reasonable suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense “Endangering public traffic.”
The Prosecution through a press release announces that, on February 19, 2022, in Kijeva, Municipality of Malisheva, in the direction of the highway Prishtina, acting negligently and contrary to Article 53 of Law no. 05 / L-088 on Road Traffic Rules, the suspect endangered the lives of people and causes a traffic accident with fatal consequences, the death of victim I. K.
