The Anti-Corruption Agency (AKM) has encountered that ome officials of the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) own businesses, which is a conflict of interest. To prevent these and other phenomena, the Internal Regulation for the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in TAK has been issued.
The General Director of the Tax Administration of Kosovo, Ilir Murtezaj in a joint conference with the director of the AKM said that through monitoring through this regulation they aim to prevent any possibility of TAK officials abusing their official position.
