The talent of Eintracht Frankfurt, Dritan Maqkaj is a new member of the Kosovo National Team from today.
The 18-year-old footballer from Kosovo, born in Germany, until now has been part of the German U18 national team, but from now on he has decided to join the Kosovo National Team, FFK announced.
Dritan Maqkaj, today, met with the president Agim Ademi and the director of the national team, Muharrem Sahiti, deciding from now on to give his contribution to Kosovo National Team.
Maqkaj, who plays as a left winger in the U19 team of Eintracht Frankfurt, has been under the supervision of the representative of FFK in Germany, Fekmi Kongjeli, and after continuous conversations, he has finally decided to say “Yes” to Kosovo.
He is initially expected to play for the U21 National Team, while considering his great potential, in the near future he is also expected to be part of the National Team.
