Three officials from the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK), including the acting chief executive Igballe Rexha-Jashari, have been taken to the police and are being interviewed.
The news was confirmed to KosovaPress by the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina.
The spokesperson for the prosecution, Kaltrina Shala, stated that the interviews are ongoing, while the state prosecutor is taking all necessary actions in accordance with the applicable legislation.
“Yes, we confirm that they are being interviewed by the police. Meanwhile, the state prosecutor is undertaking all legally prescribed actions in accordance with the law in force,” said spokesperson Kaltrina Shala.
