The Kosovo Correctional Service has announced that today around 07:45 in the Detention Center in Hajvalia, the detainee with the initials Y.D. born in 1988, was found hanged with his vest, in the window of the room, but he had signs of life.
According to the correctional service, upon understanding the case, the intervention of the correctional and medical staff of the center was immediate, and he was sent urgently to the HUCSK Emergency, but despite the efforts, the doctors could not bring him back to life, and he passed away in UCCK.
