Today marks the 17th anniversary of the death of the former president of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova. He passed away on January 21, 2006 and was buried with high state and military honors.
Ibrahim Rugova was born on December 2, 1944 in the village of Cerca, municipality of Istog.
