The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) Isa Mustafa has expressed confidence that the party he leads will win in the snap elections in Kosovo, the date of which is expected to be announced after the completion of consultations with political parties. Currently the country has an incumbent government because the Constitutional Court has assessed in its decision that the vote of MP Etem Arifi for the election of Cabinet Hoti in June this year was illegitimate, thus confirming the claims of Vetevendosje Movement for such a thing.
Meanwhile, acting president Vjosa Osmani has begun consulting meetings with political parties in the country regarding the date of the elections, which are expected to be held early next year, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa has expressed his confidence that the party that he leads will come out first in the election.
