The chairman of the Democratic League, Lumir Abdixhiku, called the spokesman of the Government of Kosovo, Përparim Kryeziu, miserable, after the latter stated that the September 4 agreement in Washington is not binding.

Abdixhiku said that any international agreement is binding, especially those with the US.
