A man arrested in Ferizaj for beating the wife and father-in-law
Kosovo police arrested a man in Ferizaj, after he had beaten his wife and then her father.
In the Police report it is stated that the victim received medical treatment.
The incident happened on "Ramadan Rexhepi" street.
"The investigative police of the Domestic Violence Unit immediately took the necessary actions, went to the scene and arrested the person N.M (M/K) aged 42, who exercised domestic violence against his wife D.M (F/K) aged 29, who had received medical treatment at the Emergency Center in Ferizaj and then attacked her father as well", the report states.
It is known that the police escorted the suspect to the police station in Ferizaj and after the interview, it turned out that even earlier there were reported cases of domestic violence.
By the decision of the prosecutor from the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj, he is sent to detention for 48 hours for further investigative procedures, while the case is classified as "Domestic violence and assault".
