The state of Kosovo is considered to have failed to treat the elderly people. The latter themselves say that they have faced a difficult year. The Association of Pensioners of Kosovo criticizes the executive for lack of support and blames it for disobeying the law. Institutions do not have information on elderly people without family care, but the Kosovo Red Cross counts over 500.
