"If Albania surpasses us in economic development, it means that we as a people, must collectively commit harakiri (from Japanese - suicide)", said former Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic on April 22, 2013, in an interview for the Serbian state television, RTS, showing a pathological hatred towards the Albanian nation.
