The mayors today held a meeting organized by the Ministry of Local Government (MLG) and the Ministry of Health (MoH) regarding the pandemic situation. The Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, has been asked to remove the curfew and restrictions on gastronomy. According to an announcement of the Association, this meeting comes after yesterday's meeting of the Council of Mayors within the Association of Kosovo Municipalities to assess the current pandemic situation in municipalities with the virus Covid-19 where it came up with the recommendations of municipalities. The meeting was opened by the Minister of MLG, Elbert Krasniqi, while the Minister of the Ministry of Health, Arben Vitia, spoke about the purpose of the meeting and said that we want to consult with the Mayors regarding the current measures and the next steps in this direction. The chairmant of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, Imri Ahmeti in his speech informed the two ministers about the meeting of the Council of Mayors.
