Vetevendosje supporters have started the celebration in the city of Mitrovica. Some citizens have gathered immediately after the end of the voting in front of the headquarters of this party, while others have come out with their cars on the streets and are celebrating with music and flags. The mayor of this municipality, Agim Bahtiri, saying that they are still counting the votes, he has announced the exact results in some centers in Mitrovica, but also in some surrounding villages.
According to all exit polls, VV is the winner of this election, while the Central Election Commission in an official statement said that 46.9 percent of citizens participated in the voting.
