Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has presented the Handbook for Experts supported by HERAS Plus. This project is considered of special importance because it improves the quality of education and meets some criteria of ENKA and EQAR. The director of KAA, Naim Gashi said that through this project the quality of their services will be improved. The project manager of Heras Plus, Aqim Emurli said that through this manual they have tried to include all stakeholders who have been in the accreditation process before. Presenting this project, Majlinda Mazelliu said that through it the quality of education in the country will be improved and some of the criteria for inclusion in ENKA and EQAR will be met.
