The platform "Be My Voice" has been launched today, which will serve as a reference point in representing the interests of survivors of sexual violence during the war in Kosovo and in their empowerment at the international level. This platform was established by four non-governmental organizations, the Kosovo Center for the Rehabilitation of Torture Survivors, the Center for the Promotion of Women's Rights, Medica Gjakova and Medica Kosova, with the aim of realizing the rights and empowering survivors of sexual violence during the war. in Kosovo. The director of the Kosovo Center for Rehabilitation and Survival of Torture (KRCT), Feride Rushiti, said that through this platform they aim to be a strong voice of survivors of sexual violence during the recent war in Kosovo. Through this platform, Rushiti said that they will raise this issue at the international level, aiming for the cause that this platform has to be a strong voice in the dialogue with Serbia. Edward Lister from the Embassy of the United Kingdom said that the platform launched today will be a powerful voice in addressing the needs of survivors of sexual violence in Kosovo.
