The meeting of the Committee on the Rights and Interests of Communities and Returns failed due to lack of quorum. The first deputy chairman of the Committee, Hydajet Hyseni, said that due to the lack of members, this meeting is postponed for another day. On the agenda today was the review of the Draft Law on measures to reduce the cost of extension of high-speed electronic communications networks, with amendments report of the functional Committee on Economy, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, as well as Review of the Draft Law on Electronic Identification and Services entrusted in electronic transactions, with report amendments of the functional Committee on Economy, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade.
