The lack of a quorum has caused the MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo to take a 15 minutes break. Two interpellations of Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti were planned for today's session. With 46 MP present, the Assembly could not continue its work, as 61 MPs were needed to vote on a proposal for the agenda. The Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Arberie Nagavci announced that procedurally, the sessionn can not continue with 46 MPs in the hall.
