The non-governmental organization "Raising the Voice" has submitted for the ninth time to the Constitutional Court on the assessment of the constitutionality of the legal act of the Supreme Court, in the case of rejection of lawsuits for compensation of war damages. Since the lawsuit made today coincided with the election campaign, the director of this association, Jahir Bejta, has appealed to political entities to include in their programs the issue of war damages. He said that so far, they have received only negative answers from the judiciary due to what he says is political influence in the institutions of justice. He warned that they will not stop until they receive a positive response to the review of these files. So far, the non-governmental organization "Raising the Voice" has submitted 120 files to the Constitutional Court, while today submitted 3 files.
