The United States Representative for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, and the European Union Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, have said unanimously that they will not impose any model of the Association with executive power. The EU envoy even said that they are not interested in forming a "Serb Republic" in Kosovo. However, at a joint press conference, the two emissaries said that Kosovo has made a commitment and must find models to implement it.
