The Ambassador of the United States of America in Kosovo, Jeff Hovenier, has reacted after the attacks with a shock bomb on the EULEX patrol unit in the north of the country, saying that the US joins EULEX in strongly condemning the attack on a patrol unit of this mission.

"Violent attacks against Kosovo Police and international security personnel are unacceptable and those responsible must be held accountable through the Kosovan justice system," he wrote on Twitter.
