The head of the Serbian List, Goran Rakic, has cast his ballot for the local elections in Kosovo. Rakic said after the vote that all polling stations had opened on time and that the process was going smoothly. The candidate for mayor of North Mitrovica, Milan Radojevic, also spoke to the media, saying that the elections mean the protection of freedom of expression.
