An indictment for abuse of official position or authority
The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against the defendant R.B., for the criminal offense "Abuse of official position or authority", under Article 422, paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 81 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Kosovo.
The Special Prosecution reports that the indictment was filed on suspicion that defendant R.B. continuously in the capacity of an official person has committed the criminal offense intentionally and using official authority, as well as has exceeded his competencies causing harm to the citizen R.R. and the municipal budget.
